our pyrotechnic mortars is at your own risk. Each
mortar has been highly inspected. Wrong use may result in injury.
Mortars should either be buried 2/3 of
the way in the ground / sand or secured in a structurally sound rack.
Pyro Mortars cannot and will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury resulting from the use or misuse of
our tubes. We do not
advocate the use of mortars for illegal, unsafe,
disruptive, or destructive purposes. It is your responsibility to determine the safety and suitability of anything you construct using
these mortars. Adult supervision and guidance is
always recommended for the use of our tubes.
